Here, I am going to teach the concept of a text namely hortatory exposition text. In this case, I try to make my students understand easily the concept of hortatory exposition. So, I ask all my students to memorize its concept through as song, MARI SALAWATAN which is sung by Wali Band.
Look the following lyrics!

We may use it simple present, we may write it in present tense.

Preparation:
As teacher, we must prepare the material that will be given to our students. In this case, a concept of hortatory exposition text is written into lyrics of a chosen song. Look the example above and other version as I state in the end of this paper.
Procedures:
Ask the students to discuss about the concept of Hortatory Exposition Text.
Explain it clearly to students
Write down that concept on white board or black board.
Let’s sing it together
Ask student to memorize it.
Ask student to present it individually, in front of the class or teacher.
Assessment:
To know our students whether they understand or not about the concept of hortatory exposition text, they are asked to memorize it then present it individually.
If they have done it, note his/ her name by giving the word or a sign that he or she “UNDERSTAND” or “NOT UNDERSTAND” the concept of hortatory exposition text.
